Jerome Mee brings over 20 years of healthcare executive experience, spanning both large and small organizations. After attending Kent State University, He began his career as a certified actuary for the health insurance industry. His executive experience began with Columbia/HCA, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer for a 150-bed, community-based general acute care hospital. He moved on to become the CEO with River Oaks Imaging and Diagnostic, Houston’s largest provider of outpatient imaging services. He was additionally the Executive VP of Foundation Surgical Affiliates (FSA), where he formed Foundational Surgical Hospital and oversaw operations for sixteen Ambulatory Surgery Centers, two Diagnostic Imaging Centers and the Physicians Surgical Hospital at Quail Creek. He is a Diplomat with the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the board of directors for the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society.
Mark Quigley oversees all the operational aspects of the organization, ensuring that the effective performance of our own company represents the success we can bring to our clients. Mark started his career in healthcare consulting with MBA Practice Management, and has held a successive executive position with the University Hospital System, The Hand Center in San Antonio and Foundation Surgical Affiliates. His extensive experience includes healthcare facility management at local and regional levels, physician practice turnaround, partnership governance, process improvement, re-engineering, rapid organizational change and effectively influencing acceptance of change. Mr. Quigley received his education at The University of Texas, obtaining his undergraduate degree in Finance and Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, achieving Dean’s Award for academic excellence. In addition to his responsibilities with Mentis Neuro Health, Mr. Quigley has served on the board of San Antonio and Texas Medical Group Management Association and is the current Vice-President of Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
